Thoughts behind the experiences I create.

Philosophy

When a product is easy to use, people won’t hesitate to throw money at it. I use an approach I call Obvious, Easy, Possible to make sure people can find what they need without getting lost or annoyed.

Obvious

These are the core functions that define the product’s purpose. They should be instantly clear and easy to find so users know what to do without stopping to think.

Easy

These are the features that help users get the full benefit of the product by being easy to access and supporting its core functionality.

Possible

These are the nice-to-have features that go beyond the product’s purpose. They add personality and give users more ways to explore or make it their own.

Bringing it all together

This approach keeps things simple: make the product easy to use and make it look damn good. That combo is what gets people hooked—and when they’re hooked, they stick around, they keep using it, and they keep paying for it. 🤑 ❤️

About me

I’ve been designing digital products for over 15 years. What I care about most is how things feel when you use them, and how that translates to revenue. I’ve worked on everything from everyday apps to complex enterprise tools, and I always aim to make them simple, fun, and worth coming back to.

In addition to my design work, I also created Master Cold Outreach, a toolkit that teaches users how to set up OpenAI’s API and integrate it with Zapier to create a fully automated outreach system. It’s become a trusted tool for entrepreneurs and business owners, earning recognition for its ability to turn cold outreach into loyal clients and paying customers.

I’m also the founder of DesignCraft.me (rebrand in the works), solo design studio offering product design services that support early-stage R&D*.

Some projects may qualify for R&D tax credits.
